Site Analytic

Information Collection

Analytic information (geographical location, time spent, page navigation) is collected to better serve you and make the site more usable. This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics and is not used for any other purpose.

Personal

Information

Fluency Games recommends and suggests that any parent, teacher, or school administrator not use personally identifiable information. We suggest to use nicknames or class/school mascots to create usernames. The usernames and other information is needed to create uniquely identifiable users across the Site and Apps.

Information Collection

Usernames and Password: Subscribers create a username in the registration process. This username is used to authenticate a login, allowing access to the services and support provided by the teacher dashboard and related Site and Apps. Passwords can be voluntarily created to protect this access from unauthorized use. Passwords are encrypted when stored.

Student usernames: Parents, guardians, teachers, and administrators create student usernames to allow the Site and Apps to collect and store performance data on how the child is performing. The student usernames are not required to be the actual student name.

Data Collection: The Site and Apps record student performance data (primarily speed and accuracy) that is linked to the unique student username. This data is used as feedback to a parent, guardian, teacher, or administrator to monitor student performance. Some App analytic information, such as (but not limited) App game mode, length of time played, and type of game are collected to help us improve our service and Apps.
